- We let the cottage in blocks of 7 continuous days during the peak holiday periods that start and end on a Saturday
- Guests arriving can have access to the house from 16:00 hours onwards
- On the day of departure the cottage must be vacated by 10:00 hours which allows us the opportunity to have the cottage cleaned and ready for our arriving guests
- We ask for a 25% deposit of the holiday price to be paid at the time of making your booking, plus a 250 euro security deposit which will is refundable in full within 7 days of your departure if there are no breakages or damage to the property and or contents
- The balance of your holiday period payment should be paid by bank transfer at least 8 weeks prior to the arrival date
- A nominal Tourist Tax is levied by the department and will be collected before departure
- During the cooler months if the stoves are required an addition fee for wood will be levied
