CANCELATION

If you cancel or modify your reservation

We understand that it may not be possible to purchase travel insurance to cover pandemic-related cancellations. 
We strongly advise you to take out comprehensive travel and health insurance to cover all other potential risks. If you choose not to, you accept full responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of your cancellation.

If for any reason you need to cancel or change your reservation, you must contact us by telephone as soon as possible to let us know. 
You will then need to confirm your cancellation or requested change in writing or by email to the address shown on our written confirmation. 
The cancellation or change of reservation will not take effect and apply until we have received written confirmation from you.

If your cancellation or requested change is received on or before, 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, for any reason, you can either request a refund of the deposit or move your booking to available dates in 2023/24 after agreeing the details with us. We will honor the deposit and a new contract will be established.

Cancellations or requested changes received after 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, will result in the retention of the security deposit and rental. The damage and cleaning deposit will be refunded in these circumstances. We would seek to re-let the property for that period, if the dates are re booked, we will refund the value of any new bookings received.
